The Hotel looks Beautiful from outside but theres much work to do to see the standard good. One the carpets that is everywhere must be removed, it's old and does not smell nice anymore.
Two, the Food serving department is not really to standard.
Room aren't really ok, has some smells, in the room I slept in , it felt like someone smoked in it .
They don't have good rules that runs the hotel ,for example when we there other guests were screaming calling each other on the passages not minding how other guests felt and the hotel did nothing about that.
Lastly the hotel is too dark, could do with brightness and lively paint. But the front desk people were awesome ???? ???? ???? they are very welcoming and brilliant.

Pleasant stay, the bathrooms could use some revamping. Breakfast buffet needs more variety.

Kids shouldn't have to pay for breakfast if breakfast is included in your stay( accommodation)

Honestly, the only star this place should get is the star in the sky's that would lead them to a place where they will get ideas on how to make the place better than it is.

For the price that one paid, I could book at a R700 Guesthouse and get way better service than what is offered here.

There is a lady at reception that had attitude when I requested another room because the one I had, had an issue with the window not closing properly.

I left the place without taking a bathe because the water is was brown even after running the water several times as mentioned by the lady at reception. I am highly, highly disappointed and regret even staying here after what I have experienced.

If anything, they should drop their prices until they can meet the standards of putting them where they are now.

This place is a rip off and I would caution you about staying here, I am really sorry but it's not worth your hard earned money.

I am never ever coming here again, highly highly, highly regretful and dissatisfied...

Besides the most unfriendly reception, having to wait for 20 minutes for my room key without any explinatuon as to why I am waiting, there's NO towl in the room nor a bath plug. No plastic in the dusbins, no working Wi-Fi and the kettle must be put off its dock otherwise it will keep on boiling. The carpets smell like the ocean, without the ocean, terrible faul smell. It was just a horrible experience.

The hot water was brown ( not clean) ,room didn't have WiFi connection, TV was blur. This is by far my worst hotel experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The worst service I have ever received since I was born. The room I was placed in didn't have a functional toilet. I reported the misfortune at 6pm and I still went the whole night without assistance. The people at reception don't know anything about customer service. Their food is also awful.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE.

This is my 14th night here... no clean towels,I have had my sheets changed twice,the food is soo good but thats if chef on duty remember to cook for you. Today sleeping hungry coz the chef knocked off and gave me wrong food. I wonder who managers the Hotel? The different companies that book for their employees but reconsider Bnb's not Welkom Inn.the other day they double booked a lady and a man in 1room,imagine if he walked in while she was undressed. Thank you for those who tried but ai! No more
