Could not check in on appointed date, called but did not get a response until 10pm (3hrs later). By which time we had made alternative arrangements. Got a credit for the night which was a plus but the place was very noisy for at least 4 nights and could not get to sleep until 1 am. Our room toilet had a faulty cistern and nothing was done despite notifying them on the second day. Cigarette wafted into our rooms which made it uncomfortable at times. The rates are reasonable. Nice Garderns

I would definitely not stay here again,too many things in the room not working.The room needs urgent maintenance.There is coffee mugs and tea cups but no teaspoons.Electical plug socket in the kitchen not working properly.The outside yard is not tidy.No undercover parking and it is difficult to reverse out of the premises.Automated gate not working.TV remote cant switch the TV on or of,has to be done manually.Blinds in the room hangs skew and people can see through from the outside.

Excellent place to stay when in Welkom! Very accommodating and lovely rooms; with electric blanket and DSTV. Brilliant shower and lots of space for pets. If we're ever in Welkom again we would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place, everything is good except for the cigarette smell inside the house. You can't ignore it.
