Placed an order at 17:15 at Steers Checkers Centre in Welkom. The order was only delivered at 19:05, after I had already called twice to enquire about the delivery, and I was told the driver had just left with the order. Even then, the delivery guy delivered the food at the wrong house! The chips (large cheesy chips with bacon bits) that we ordered with the burgers, looked like they were half eaten or they were dropped! Then when I called the store at 19:14, the lady at the switchboard told me not to eat the chips, the manager will call me back to hear my complaint and decide if they'll need to send back the delivery guy to come pick up the chips and replace them. It's been 50 minutes, and the store still hasn't called back yet!

Usually they are great, but the last 4 months their service, food and delivery has gone downhill. They take up to 2 hours to deliver, the food is ice cold and when you phone them they lie to you and say the driver has already left with the food. 5mins later someone shows up with a car (they usually use scooters) and this time we ordered ice cream as well. The food was cold but the ice cream was just perfect, I'm SURE they quickly made our ice creams and then sent someone with the food in the car after I phoned.

Placed an order for delivery of 1 burger meal and 2 milkshakes. Took 1:20 minute for delivery, when the food arrived the burger and chips were ice cold, and milkshakes melted. Very disappointed as they dont even pick up the phone when you call. Will not be ordering from here again.

Poor service I placed an order at steers Welkom Centrum at 17:20 over the phone and I have for ever been waiting I have tried calling them and apparently a woman from the call center answered and said that she will transfer me to the shop and when I got a hold of the shop they gave me the run around and when I tried to lay a complaint they hung up the phone it has been about 2 hours now and I have still not gotten my order

Self service kiosk is the best. We more of these AI self service machine kiosk in every store. No more rude bad employees or long ques.
