This spar's so called management is defending his personal with personal business its very unprofessional how do you run a business like this I'm really disappointed in the management for approaching a client in this way by telling the client that her child is a bully eventhough he doesn't know the child or whats going on the woman just went in to file a complaint about the worker making a personal phone call from the work number yelling and screaming aswell as cursing the poor woman how does a manager or so called person in control handel this kinds of situations by telling the woman that just came to file a complaint that her child is a bully how does management tell a client this something like this very unprofessional from management. He doesn't even know the child or the situation and the he is defending the one side of an employee that's a bit unprofessional for n big company I'm really disappointed in the management
