Utterly pathetic service from the older gentleman at the store.
He has no regard for customers u0026 was clueless about the store itself.
He was talking on his phone arguing with someone which I could hear while the pleasant young gentleman helped me at the front. He was very helpful u0026 kind.
I suggest you have more of the young gentleman u0026 less of the old as he has no decency whatsoever
