Very nice place
Huge estate that caters for all sorts of accommodation requirements from bachelors to large sized families
There's plenty of parking and the place is secured
It is provides a community environment with amenities for both young and old
It is conveniently situated next to a petrol station and shopping centre with a McDonald's restaurant and car dealership
There's a golf drive course behind next to a mine
It's close to the N12 which is convenient and Snake road to Carnival City and the N17
I like the fact that there's two points of entry and exit on opposite sides which makes it easy to plan your route
It being in town makes it accessible to many facilities, businesses, shopping spots, taxi rank, etc

It's a beautiful place indeed but not ideal for families who have kids and those who love outdoors and celebrating every now and then and also not ideal for people who love playing music on their home theater systems.Its actually a place ideal for the elderly, loners, workaholics and persons of sober habits, if not ready to abide with their rules then be ready for fines after fines, security after security and SAPS after SAPS

Nice place on the outside until you actually start living in it. Generally I love this place but buying into it is another story. There is this Indian lady who makes living here a nightmare. She wants to control what everyone does. Kids are not allowed to play outside. You not allowed to laugh or talk when walking up the stairs and kids are not allowed to cry because it makes noise. It's sad that we have to receive such behavior and treatment from the chairperson of the trustees. ????
