By far thee worst experience, they are obnoxious and rude as if they are doing one a favour by providing a service. I took my car for a service 2 months ago and they fitted the wrong plugs which cause the car to back fire, took it back and asked them to put the old ones back in the car. They apologised and promised to call when they get the correct ones but I’ve not heard from them since and they always pretend not to hear me when I call to address the matter. I’ve been away on travels with work, but definitely taking this up with my legal team.
First incident was then fitting the wrong breaks on my car which had it screeching and I had to return it, they then discovered that they fitted the incorrect brake pads, after they had me wait for 48 hours for my car because they didn’t have the correct spares. There’s no sense of pride in what they do, or service they give. Extremely whack place!
