Let me start this off by saying I am not Portuguese and very really consume Portuguese food. That being said, however, I often come to Jo's for business lunches as I work in the area.

Everyone is always blown Away by the price, quality and quantity of the food. I generally come early in the day as they open and the staff are always quick to see us seated and take our order. They are prompt and check up on you often.

My personal favorite is the hot chicken livers! Their chips are a close second. I do see that they have a wide variety of beers available but I have never been here on an occasion which would allow me to comment on their selection further.

we were at Jo's last night to celebrate my birthday. It was bad!! The owner got drunk and yelled on his staff in front of the customers he even got into a fight with his wife. It was scary and not a good experience at all. They do not have the type of beers they sell on their menu and the don't have a complete cocktail menu. One of us ordered a prego beef roll the beef was so dry we did not even eat it.

Love the steak rolls! Service is great, staff are friendly and the owner is a really cool guy! Lots of parking available. Open relatively late. Not really any great views, but the place is centrally located for anyone staying in the Rynfield, Morehill, Northmead and surrounding areas.

The menu isn’t spectacularly diverse, however, there are great options if you’re into Portuguese food. Jose’s is a fantastic option for quick lunches with clients or business associates. There seem to be a fair amount of business people here at midday doing lunch and discussing business, etc.

There are TV’s and they do have sports showing on the screens - generally soccer.

Overall very nice.
Went there for a quick lunch, I had a prego and my mate had the giblets and roll.
The food was very good, the service was efficient and the craft beers were top notch.
Would recommend ....

Had a great experience last week even though place was nearly empty but second time around was not great. Items not available on the menu and manager didn't come see us or offer a solution. Pity as the food is good....when in season..Won't be going back

The chicken is good at a very reasonable price. Good selection of craft beers will recommend this place for a family get together

Very quiet and kitchen closes early. Love the vibe you can make yourself in the bat area with jukebox and some good friends.
