Just visited the garage to fill my tank. First the gentlemen tell me to move because my tank is on the other side. Attempting to go to the spot they refer, someone else comes there. They then tell me to go back to my original spot! What was the point to move then in the 1st place? I ask and get no answers. Then the one persons (seems to be a trainee) asks me if he must clean my windscreen, is this not a given? In any event, as a female felt very disrespected. Not cool Engen, please educate your staff on the importance of professionalism and respect especially to women

This place is pathetic I always fill up and buy stuff from the shop, today while I was waiting for one of my driver's to pick me up the manager ( who with all his attitude and disregard for customers refused to give me his name stating it has nothing to do with me) was telling me to stand away from the shop because vagrants are not allowed! I spend over R1500 a week there and this is how they treat customers.... PATHETIC REALLY TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!! I HOPE THEY SUFFER BANKRUPTCY

The pumps were full. I waited for a gap and was reversing in when a car stormed in from the otherside. I stood my ground as I waited for the gap and was well in position before the other car arrived. The other car refused to budge and you patrol attendant Newman showed me I need to leave. You just lost a regular customer.

Refused to fill my car because petrol tank was on the left of the car. They wanted me to wait in a que at the next pump. The manager and the petrol attendant had terrible attitude. I've had issues with this petrol station where I filled my car and they charged me for oil that I never bought aswell, luckily I checked my receipt. Ive never had issues at any petrol stations, only this one, ever! I'd rather go to the sasol directly across the road.
