We had milkshakes and hot wings, the food was great as always. Downgraded my 5 star rating to a 4 as the service was good and friendly, but the chicken was way too salty and soggy this time around fried chicken needs to be crispy.

Better than KFC any day. Staff are friendly. Slade is the lad, really cool attitude.
The other lads and lasses are also super friendly ????????????

Am in my sick bed right now because of food poisoning, your food is contaminated, am so angry nd frustrated. Bought two big John burger, me and my girlfriend, I was the worst affected as I had to seek medical attention, lost to much water in my system, clean nd sanitize! Am so mad nd I dnt knw which action to take again u????

Great food. Loved the wings fresh and tasty. Chicken was made fresh for us and it was aaaaammmmmmazing . Would visit again when I am back in South Africa.

The thing about reviews is to be 100% honest. I bought the Big John Top Delux. I really were dissapointed when I got home. It's not a big burger at all. The portion of chips is dissapointing to. This is not even real chicken on the burger but chicken patties. Really guys if your delux burger was such a disappointment then I can't help but wonder what the rest must look like. The roll / bun was not even fresh. To me overall your Big John was a serious let down.

What a disappointment ordered 2 lunch boxes but did not expect trice fried very oily and extremely salty chicken. If you squeezed the chicken I'm sure you could have had a cup of oil between the two meals. I did not expect this and it seems that the attitude of no care towards standards seem to be the standard at this store.
