When collecting my food I checked my order and noticed that I didn't have any condiments, We asked the lady if we could get some as the fries are best when they aren't dry.
She gave tomato sauce and whilst holding the salt in her hand, looked my partner in his face and told him there was no salt.. We could literally see the packets of salt.

Deciding we weren't going to make a deal out of salt we left. Got home and noticed that the chicken is soggy and slimy and chips are so stale that you can bend them like a boomerang.

What the hell is happening at this franchise? Seems as though there's tons of recurring problems and management is in no rush to avoid customer loss or improving their establishment.

What an absolute disgrace????????????????????????????wasted R300 on old disgusting chicken. The chips was so old it was rock hard. The lettuce on the burgers was rotten. The chicken was so old and the inside of daughters chicken was green and yellow. Will be warning people everywhere not to buy there. If I or one of my family gets food poisoning I will absolutely take this further!!!!????????????????

I bought through drive through but the order wasn't ready, I had to go wait at parking while all the people behind me got their orders. I waited for 20min.I was inconvenienced. My order was very simple;10 Dunked wings,Zinger burger meal , two twisters u0026 soft drinks. I'm still disappointed

The staff was very friendly at the drive through and the burgers was fresh, I hope it stays like this. They have a good crew now.

The food we bought tonight was for order 6822 the chicken was old and fell apart from the skin the chips were old and cold the bun was stail and hard. This is truly disgusting if you don't have fresh food rather make us wait don't sell us food that's clearly been standing for days! Oh and you nearly didn't pack my snack burger again...

Me and friends visited the store on the 12/03/2021 Service was bad specially the lady with the name starting with Z, those ladies need customer service training. Pap was undercooked, gravy was worse it was. Very disappointing.

Never had such terrible service in my life. Waited half an hour for them to tell me they are waiting for chicken pieces for the bucket I ordered. I think the staff need to go to El Ridge to learn how to look after customers
