The only consistency with this branch is getting your order wrong, average drive through time is 7 to 10 minutes. Today I waited 20 min as the customer in front of me kept placing new orders at the collect window and the manager on duty did not have the foresight to move him out the line but rather made 8 other customers wait in line for 20 min. Service is appalling. And you don't have an option to call the landlines number to complain as the number does not work and yes they got my order wrong again.

What you seen is what you get ????????MacDonald's. Warm tasty and keeps you full for 17 and a half minutes before you're hungry again ???????? great location though!

I wrote a horrible review and deleted it because I was proved wrong. This Mcdonald's is unlike any other. I ordered on Mcdelivery and accidentally selected cashless on delivery. I was horrified because I didn't have cash on me. I tried calling but the number says it does not exist (probably something that should be changed). The driver arrived and I immediately asked if he had a card machine. I was absolutely GRATEFUL he did. Thank you and never ever send your drivers without one. Anyone can make the mistake I did.

The food took so long to arrive, I had honestly forgotten I'd ordered it.
When it did, I can only assume the driver had been sitting on it in a futile attempt to keep it warm.
Also you should put a label on your cups that reads 'May contain coffee'

Worst drive thru waiting time by far (every time). Staff have no clue - ALWAYS getting orders wrong. You literally have to double check your order before leaving. Just waited over 20min in thr drive through for 3 hot chocolates. Worst Mc,Ds by far and its been like this since they opened. One star is too high. Sorry neh.

On Sunday 28 August I bought two Mc Flurry icecreams, only to discover it was almost completely melted. Tried calling them, but their phone number on web does not work. This type of experience puts me off from wanting to go there again.
