The drive through was incredibly slow. But I think that was due to short staff because of Tembisa unrest. It took 15 min to get out order. I am sure it would be better now

The service is friendly, BUT I just don't learn my leason to check if they've incl. my 1.5L Coke with the order! Everutime I just trust they did put it in the back just to be dissapointed again they did not add it BUT it's my slip!!! So Budger King will be my next faithful order place as they don't miss anything on your order!!!!

Did an order through Mr. D. Ordered two streetwise 2 and one streetwise 3 all with chips. Received no chips. Also ordered 2 zinger boxmasters meals, but received no chips or buddy cokes. Yet have paid for all of it. Will never order from KFC Northmead again! What a ripoff.

I stopped to buy a cup of coffee at KFC Northmead. When purchasing the lady at the drive through never asked if I wanted to donate R2 for hope which I usually do. Much to my surprise after paying I noticed an additional R6 was charged.

When querying the lady insisted I requested that R6 gets added towards hope which I do recall she never asked. I do not mind the donation however I do mind the fact that I was not asked and the staff insisting that I said so.

Could this be a scheme by the staff pocketing the money meant for donations, can this please get looked into

Was not impressed with the quality of the food. I expect the quality of the food to be as per KFC standard. Especially in these times, I wanted to spoil my family with a meal we could all enjoy and relax together! See picture of wrap, mash was a teaspoon size in watered down sauce! The lady attending to my order was very efficient.

The service is horrible,i placed the order 17:45 got the order 18:30 wrong order, I ordered 10 peices got 8peices instead the order was half cooked lightly spiced,now is 20:00 still waiting for the order I ordered 17:45 to be collected and get the right order.

This is unbelievable!!
Two pieces of chicken, one slice of tomato ,barely even sauce and lettuce that isn’t even fresh btw !

It doesn’t deceive a star!! Never in my life will I ever buy at this KFC again!!
