Poor customer service and no active listening from staff members. Ordered the Grande salad and it only had one Avocado, I swear it had 10 lettuce pieces
So disappointed coz I did lay a complaint ask the agent to call me back at 14H30 coz it was my lunch time than she never got back to me

Hot. Fresh. Fast.
No complaints here when it comes to the drive through. Staff are always friendly and food is always fresh and tasty. Nandos is a great choice for if you're wanting something on the healthier side of "fast food"

Still one of the best Nandos in Gauteng and near Johannesburg. They always get my order right.
The quality is never poor, touch wood.
I dont order nandos much since pedros is my first choice for Portuguese fast food, however, this is one Nandos I will continue to support just based on service.
Note to staff - More smiles would conpliment the good service!
Note to customer - Just smile even if no one smiles back!

Can you please explain why every night the drove through closes 20mins before the store closes? Then i have to park and go in. It doesnt make sense. I've complain at the store but no one can gove me a reasonable answer

When in Doubt... a Nandos night out...

A favorite for my wife, winglets are always a winner and worth the wait as they are made fresh, every single time...

Only downside, i find the cheese fiesta options to be more juicy than actually cheezy... be sure to check your bag before you rek jou bek! ????

Overall, its 4 out of 5 from the fat dad! ????

There are now quite a lot of nice vegan options like veggie burgers and wraps.
