The service in the pharmacy is absolutely shocking ????!!! NO acknowledgment , NO communication to patients , when one is awaiting to make payment. The staff rather talk to each other than provide feedback to a possible technical solution. One would think that a medical facility will be aquiped with POWER instead of using an offline excuse 30min later. I'd recommend using other places to get medication or proffesional assistance!!

Absolutely disgusting. If you owe money due to the incompetence of the accounts department you cannot see a doctor. I received a bill in December....unbeknownst to me I was handed over. They still had the nerve to apologize but would not allow me to see my doctor. You get double booked or the doctor is totally unaware you are there. I have had 3 doctors call me when leaving a message for my doctor thinking I was their patient.

Told by the doctor that he couldn't treat my 12year old for all 3 issues. We paid for 1 consultation so he can only treat one. The nerve. A child can't be treated for flu and a rash and chest pains!! Don't take your child to this place! His words were..come back another day pay another consultation fee for another treatment. As if he is being asked to treat 3 patients for 1 consultation fee. Absolute waste of time. He's the 2nd Dr at the benoni medicross with such a lack of common sense and morals, and total disrespect for the hippocratic oath!

Doctor Van Der Linde, Rene, Amelia and the rest of the nursing team were so caring and helpful looking after me yesterday, I could not fault them at all. Pity about the lady at accounts when you leave, she was the only negative part of my visit.

The receptionist is so unprofessional and rude with the patient that are making calls for appointments. 18 September 2022, 08h50am. Very bad attitude towards patients.

Absolutely love Doc Mia. I hate dentists and she made me feel very calm.
