Terrible service. Ordered 2 chicken burgers and asked how long would it take and got 15 minutes. Went out the store and came back 15 minutes later. Waited a bit and then went to counter and lady was on her phone continuously with her back to me. Eventually got someone's attention. Handed my slip and it seemed that the kitchen didn't get my order. Waited a total of 45 minutes and the store wasn't even busy. Absolutely ridiculous. The food is good but service is shocking.

Our eat in experience was that of not good standard. Our order took over 30 min because they too busy doing takeaway and mrd orders first, we were given stale rolls in kids burgers with the chicken half the size of the roll. The strips were burnt and chips was not fresh. Cold drinks were not cold. I wouldn't return in a hurry and it's a shame because they have a nice place to sit and eat. Quality really needs to be upped!

We ordered at 5:45pm we only received our order at 7:20pm. Asked for the manager she keeps cutting the call off. Finally got the number of the owner and his phone is off. Terrible service all around. I will rather order elsewhere and go pick up my food and it will be much faster. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Table sit down service is fantastic, food was phenomonal, when we ordered take aways via delivery the food was cold by the time it reached us. Otherwise all round great.

Ordered thru Uber eats. Took over 1h50 to get food, when it arrived it was ice cold. I could see the delay was on the restaurants side, tried phoning the restaurant multiple times and nobody answred the phone
