Worst experience. I’m never someone to complain but I had a terrible experience and feel it can be fixed.
After being told we must wait 25 minutes because they are rolling the dough (bare in mind this was at about 14:00). We waited patiently.
Small things like the screens you see orders on not connected, not very clean either.
Almost 40 minutes later we get the pizza, card machines not working (work in IT and know what the server message said) yet they argued it was our card and not the signal. Okay no biggy we went to fnb and got some cash.
We get our pizza, not only did they give us the wrong pizza, it was not even sealed after they took it back to the back once we were unhappy. We ordered bacon avocado feta as one. Not the same we got, then we were asked to wait even longer so they can change the order.
Eventually we had to ask for our money back after spending an hour there. It would’ve been my first time having Pizza Hut ????
