The customer service at Lakeside Mall needs to improve, the workers are noisy and slow. It was my first and my last time buying there….

Worst service, the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. After ordering 4 burgers, two came without garnish. I called in to speak to the manager "Rihanna" who said she will call me back, this never happened, I had to phone back only to get told that I was given the wrong order and steers is not a delivery service. Lady was rude and refused to accept responsibility. She even reminded silent on the phone. A utter disgrace. Especially since I have been purchasing from the steers for over 5 years. And they never get the order correct. They staff instead dances, talks to each other. And screams across the shop having personal conversations... personally I wish google allowed zero star ratings for places like this

Good day

I was at Steers lakeside mall earlier. I ordered a wacky Wednesday and cheesy jalapeños chips. Attached is what I received

When i got home which is 5min and 1.5km away I saw how old and bad the chips were but still tried to eat one. It was so burnt and obviously refried that I couldn't continue.

I immediately called them and explained I've been at work from 5am and paid for a service. I spoke to a few people then Rehana who said she would ask a manager then called me back. When she called me back she said they would make fresh food as long as I was able to pick it up even after I said im so exhausted and need to eat and take medication. I eventually agreed as I had a starving child to feed as well.

I got back in 13 min from the call and then they took the food and started discussing in my presence. The cashier who never even greeted or acknowledged my questions earlier said that she did not serve me and then went on to say I took 45 min to fetch the order which was untrue. If she did not serve me how would she know how long I took. So she lied about 2 things. Even if anyone had taken 45 min do they deserve soiled, brown, refried, soggy, burnt chips?

Then they start discussing to make a new meal after Rehana told me that my meal would be ready as long i came back to return the old food and just pick up fresh food.

So after wasting my time, money, airtime and petrol they all still discussing making me a new meal when it's clear that this food should not even be served to a dog. They then start to argue with me about the whole situation and I had enough and asked for my money back, they didn't even want to do that without a further group discussion in my presence.
