The prices at Cash Converters are very reasonable. The staff at the Benoni branch are really friendly and helpful. I was help by a lady called Melissa, she was extremely polite and she went out of her way for her customers. Keep up the good work Cash converters Benoni!

I purchased a fish tank online from Cash converters in Benoni. It was not costly and as I didn't want to spend a fortune on it, I opted for "economy" courier service.

The store contacted me and told me that they would rather drop of it at my home in Edenvale, as they didn't want it to get damaged. I received the tank the same day. They had tested it, and offered an extra pump with the deal, which I declined as I already had an additional pump.

All and all, I am very impressed by this, the service level, the pricing and the final product I received.

We had to sell off a number of items inherited from my father-in-law. I first contacted another company and received the most pathetic service. I then contacted Len of Cash Converters Benoni. With my first contact with him by phone, he was highly professional and willing to help. Back and fourth communication was addressed promptly and efficient. Len and Lucky came out to my place to do an assessment on the items, and have been most helpful and sensitive to the fact that my wife was departing with memories of her father. I often threaten to, but never do reviews of service received. But this time round I feel the need to recommend the services of Cash Converters Benoni, and Len in particular. Thank you for your prompt and high quality of service. In future, this will be my first stop if I need this kind of service again.

Extremely disappointing service!! Called in early in the morning, Someone by the name of Errands or something like that answered in the buyshop. He gave me a whatsapp number to sent my items to. From 11:37am and i was told twice he will send me a price for my item!! Still nothing despite calling, phoning, and sending whatsapps. Definitely a zero star rating for Cash Converters Benoni's customer service!!!!!

I have only ever had and still get good service from Len and his team. From the buyers to the sales floor. They have it all. And they offer the best service and prices guaranteed than any other branch I've delat with yet.
