Terrible service continuously, no ice cream almost all the time, then no ice and the ladies at the window are constantly on a go slow and get the orders wrong. Each time the service gets worse and seems like they don't care about anything. Incompetent the worse kfc ever!!!! And in the morning you get told at 09:00 there's no brekkie wraps cause people don't order it, then you go on a Friday 13:00 and 17:00 and get told the chicken isn't cooked you have to wait or the twisters are still not yet ready and you wait 15 mins later the don't have the decency to tell you they can't fulfill the order. Incompetence is what they thrive on. Well done Kfc lakeside y'all are the worst.

The drive through doesn't take credit or debit cards. They have a sign up at the ordering station. This means you are stuck in the food que till you get out!

I have never had bad experiences with this actual KFC branch, but this time around l waited in line to be told, the chicken is finished. Can you imagine being told those words after almost 30 minutes waiting in the queue.

Otherwise their service is better, it could the best
