Very rude staff,they do not sanitise in between customers, the ques are long with only two tellers. And on top of that, there is a que at the door, they have to body search you and your hand bags as if you have stolen something. .. the person searching you.. there is no 1m social distance whatsoever.. it's not on.

Lakeside mall Mr Price Clothing is the worst, no one answers the phone, i must have called 20 times back to back on the numbers they have up on the website.

I am currently in isolation and depend on my family to do things for me so i asked my Nephew to return an item that is damaged , all he did was ask them to take back the item and refund it to My Money Mr Price account of which they refused.
he was told i needed to come to the shop, isolation or not, Covid or not.

now what kind of insensitive inhumane company is this.

after they bluntly refused a number of times to speak to me on his mobile i kept trying to call in. he asked for a manager and they refused him the manager.

I am really disappointing and utterly disgusted by the service

We visited Mr price clothing Lakeside Mall.. 12h05 on Sunday the 8th July and will never set foot in this shop again!
The female floor assistants couldnt care less about assisting clients with NO customer relation skills, no respect, crappy attitudes. The lady in charge of the changeroom was standing upright with her eyes shut sleeping, a while later she awakened and noticed a child peeping under every dressing room door and did absolutely nothing about it but laughed at the "cute" boy. The store music was abnormally loud with the employees shouting at each other (in my face) and dancing after it. There was no store manager or supervisor present. It makes me wonder if they recruit people from the street. I am sure that my 15year old would have done a better job than them today. When my wife paid for the goods, she had to use a different card machine as instructed, once again the cashier stood with her mouth shut when other clients accused my wife for jumping the que...POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.

Had a very bad experience with one of their staff not once but twice with the same person as I was walking out with the clothes I brought and the security lady was checking my slip, then I realized that I was overcharged on one of the item as I was busy explaining to the lady this guy that is also working there came then he asked the lady what's going on there as we were both trying to explain to him, he told me that I was wasting their time and I'm disturbing them they are working the people I should be speaking to is the cashiers by the tills the security guards have nothing to do with me being overcharged like seriously with my sore heart I left the store without even getting my refund I'm never going back there I'm very disappointed

I opened an account by Mr Price in last week. The service that I got was super fast and friendly. Thank you I will defnitly recomend uMr Price to everyone I know en even those I don't know.
