Bad service and Bad karma !!
I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR !!
I did not get Wifi nor the breakfast that was included in my Deal !?
I WILL NEVER USE THE GUIDE NOR EVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!
I WAS CHEATED !

The beds are comfortable..the bedding doesn't fit..there was no kettle or cups in the room. Had to keep asking for towels.. no duplicate key so room wasn't made up after leaving and returning. Staff needs better training. Pro's the room was clean and aircon works well.

Very clean and neat place. Bathroom and shower is tiny that's my only complaint. Nice pool area.

Very bad . My car got bumped into, I've since requested footage from the so called Receptionist on the morning of 20 Feb 2022 , only to get told the owner has got access of . Check out was at 10 I've since requested number of the owner only to get told stories

The guest house is beautiful but they sell tea for R10 per cup which is new for me,the towels are toned,may you please improve.
