Never received breakfast we paid in full for in advance 3 weeks and still waiting for money back. Promises every day by owner . Room had 2 cups no glasses. (Self catering..???) .half roll toilet paper we stayed for 3 days? ... never again .

No soap in rooms, you have to come out of the car and slide the gate manually to come in. No invoices given. I had to call many times before they whatsapp me my invoice as they couldn't email it

Great pictures.....false advertising at its best. Almost everything that moves is broken - doors didn't latch or lock, toilet seat almost fell off, toilet roll holder broken, shower door broken, kitchen dirty, not enough cutlery or crockery, curtains hanging off the hooks and torn. Even the TV remote was filty.... This place needs serious attention. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

Don't do it! The images look very inviting, our linen was dirty, asked for replacement and got slightly less questionable linen. Booked for two nights and only stayed for one. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt when booking, as other reviewers also reported dirty linen, dont make my mistake!

Absolutely terrible service. I booked weeks prior to arrival and upon arrival there was no accommodation available on arrival. The service I received once I was there was even worse as we were trying to sort out the situation as they had given our room to someone else. What upsets me even more is that we paid before getting to the destination and that was the service we received. They are completely unorganised. After, they had sent us to two different locations of which were not helpful. Would not recommend at all as they were not helpful.

This guest house doesn't even for one star. I was treated like a nobody there. The room was sooo dirty, they could not even refill the toilet paper. The guy who serves you breakfast wore the same clothes for the five days I was there. What irritated me the most was the level of racism. I was removed for the chair I occupied for breakfast to sit in a bench so a white person can use it. The following day, I'm told "we are fully booked, you will have your breakfast at the back". As if that was not enough, the owner asked everyone about food and jumped me because I'm the only black guest. Ni wonder they refused me an iron or even to replace a common toilet paper. I'm definitely NOT going back.

Our technician was on his way to Bloem from Jhb when the vehicle broke down. At night trying to sort out the vehicle and make alternative arrangements for the night it slipped our techs mind to phone and cancel the booking. so the next morning we contacted them apologizing about not letting them know etc and asked if we can get some sort of refund. Coz they didnt mess up the rooms, nor had their breakfast and the lady rudely replied no, it does not work like that. Our company will not be using them again and honestly i would advise anyone else to think twice about going there.
