We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights only because we had no other plan. All payments are made upfront, once you are in youncannot change your mind.
The rooms are not sound proof if you are looking for a good night sleep think again.
I love hotel breakfast because I have a special diet and most hotels have options. Not this place only the English breakfast and omelets some cereal, nothing to write home about.
Manage your expectations.
Not a 4 ???? for hotel maybe a 2

Just spent the day here in a full day conference. Its a quaint hotel with great catering facilities. The lunch was okay with a delicious ice cream to end off. Staff checked up on us a lot to make sure the food was good.

Terrible experience!!! Booked a room which I viewed for my newly wed son and make up of bride before wedding. First they had the date wrong when We checked in with bride , then we received another room as booked, then they refused point blank for a small table for make up artist as according to receptionist hotel was fully booked but it was 10h00 and all guests were supposed to be out of hotel!!!! When the newly weds wanted to enjoy breakfast the kitchen was closed according to staff. Staff did not know when kitchen was suppose to serve breakfast as it was advertised in room. They served a low classed breakfast at last. The bath in the room was cracked and leaked water and this for a four star hotel and priced as well. Think twice before you want to book here and this hotel is a disgrace for Bloemfontein, starting from the reception staff to the kitchen

Advertised as a 4 star hotel, but it is not the quality of a 4 star. Staff is not welcoming, bedding and towels were not good. Booked for 5 people, received a room with 2 single beds and double bed. Not comfy at all. As a coffee lover, the coffee with breakfast was not drinkable????

For a four star place it was disgusting. For two people we were given 1 bath towel and one hand towel. The towels are old and like torn. Very poor image of the place.

The white lady who works at the reception is very rude and racist, who ever owns this place ,your place is beautiful but this lady will make you loose customers because she is super rude, she excels in rudeness .
Last the hotel is very dirty, she is Super rude.

The staff was excellent. Beautiful, splendid and luxurious. This place is reg excellent. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Soft beds big and beautiful rooms.
