The service was really excellent. Dineo served us ad we were quite happy and impressed with her service. Thank you Dineo for the special treat for our Anniversary. My wife and I celebrate our 27th Anniversary today. Always special to come and celebrate it at Alabama Spur Steak Ranch in Bloemfontein. Keep up the excellence service.

Definitely the worst Spur I’ve been to. Not even busy this Thursday night and the food took ages for something that usually is very quick at other Spurs. And ontop of that the food is definitely not prepared to the standards of other Spurs either plus they stingy with their ingredients.

I had such a bad day and wanted to rest and enjoy a coffee to end my working day

I was greeted with a smile and friendlyness i told the waiter to suprize me and i got a very nice cappuccino with cream i ordered fries

They were soo nice and salty and fresh

Thank you to the KITCHEN

Had the poorest service ever at any spur. Were there 2 days in a row, first day I had to wait half an hour just for 2 waffles and the waitress didn't even come to ask for anything to drink. Second daythe waitress also took forever to come to our table, the orders were wrong and when I got my calamari it actually looked more like chips than calamari. I will never visit them again.

Good experience. Friendly helpful staff and waiter. Clean and COVID protocols observed. One of the best Buffalo wings I had.

Kgopotso gave us a very excellent service... Steaks was very nice... We also enjoyed our drinks.. She gave us a great service..... We would like come back again... We now our regulars.
