The waiters are friendly, but service is slow. Music way too loud - me and my friends had to shout at each other in order to have a conversation. The food is quite good. Coffee is delicious.

Sitting there as we speak. Terrible service! Waited for 15 minutes at the door to ask for a table. Then I was told to just choose one and sit. Waited another 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Its approaching 30 minutes now and still no sign of food or update on what's happening.

The tables were dirty and had plates on them. I just chose a table and had to wait a few minutes before it was cleared. The waiter is very cold and unwelcoming. Makes you feel like you're bothering her by ordering or requesting anything. Which I understand because she was the only one serving ALL the tables. It's month end and very busy, but no one is attending tables. The lady who told us to grab a table was also in a terrible mood. Wouldn't recommend based on service alone.

Poor. On arrival we asked 3 time's if we could go in. No response at first but eventually with blank face said "yes over there" Table was dirty but she cleaned it for us. Waitress does not know her menu. When asked if they have chicken strips she said no. Only to see it on the menu as chicken sticks.
Got my coffee with no suger sachets. Food took a long time and arrived cold. Only saw waitress 2 times, when we ordered drinks and food. And when she served the cold burgers. Went self to counter to pay. No checking in if all was ok.
Must say burgers were good. Would have been better though if were not cold and bun being dry from standing.
Or was this all because we sat at table 13

Very good and friendly service by Tshegofatso! Wimpy Burger a bit small for the price. Chicken mayo sarmie was good and chips was nice and fresh!

Our waiter wasn’t very welcoming but the food was good. Great for family outings especially on Sundays as the court is a bit more quiet then.

I wanted to order takeaway then I meet waitress Tshego,who conceived me to sit down and eat,the service was fast n excellent

Tshegofa gave me great service in the restaurant as the food was warm and fast out of the kitchen.
