Had a awesome few nights there while traveling for work. Friendly and helpful staff. I had forgotten my phone charger and they kept it safely until i stayed there again.

Very dissapointed after our first visit. I was in a different room this time.The aircon motors on the outside wall were making so much noise that sleeping was impossible. The toilet had a leak and the sound of water dropping was very irritating. Not sure how a business can offer accomodation but no maintanace are being done and how managers cant check rooms for basic issues.Even the swing door in the dining room has not been oiled and staff are going in and out without even noticing the irritating sound.The aircons on full blast making it too hot to sit inside. Just keep it at a standard setting? The person at front desk wasnt really interested or accomodating when I reported the issues in the room. Sad to see such a beautiful place in such a great location is not maintained but when business slows down everyone else will be to blame.

In service delivery, it's the small attention to detail, that brings in repeat business, and this establishment has it to a T! Im mean, who puts blankets on the vehicles to help with windows...THESE GUYS DO! BRILLIANT SERVICE!!

Excellent welcome. Service with a smile. All the staff went out of their way to keep us happy. The pancakes for breakfast was amazing. Rooms are comfortable. Beds and bedding were of top quality. The chocs by the bedside the well.equipped tea station and the rusks makes the stay much more comfortable. The Bathroom does need a bit of attention the water from the shower does come out with low pressure. The gardens and landscaping is done to perfection. Thanks VILLA BALI our choice in Bloemfontein will only be your place.
