Comfortable, near N1 and shopping venues, WiFi, value for money. Archie is a wonderful host, he's a friend in Bloemfontein we can count on.

What a nice place to stay at !!! Remarkable in its design, fully seperate from the maun house. Great breakfast. Very engaging owner.

I just don't like having to manually open and close the main gate with my exit and entrance. A remote operated gate would have been better. Parking is also rather too tight for today's SUV's and LDV's.

The room was dirty and the bedsheet looked like it was washed weeks ago. And to top it, the guy or owner, whatever, was so rude about the parking when we received guests literally for a few minutes. Will never sleep there again.
