Absolute poor service!!!!! No communication!, my order went missing while I was sitting in the shop waiting for my order, no one is at the front assisting me, not communicating with me, I stand in the front and everyone just looks at me as if im standing there for my pleasure, I had to ask if someone could communicate with me regarding my order, the Lady who took my order Sylvia, just walked to the back and not even looking at me to avoid the situation,and this said seems like the staff have to call her everytime there is someone in the front to place and order, and I guess it was close to changing shifts for her thus she was not very cpncernedfo4lher tris also at the back the whole timecommunicating with me about my order, its been 40 min and

Ordered 2 pizzas 3.5 hours ago.
Called them and was told they waiting for drivers.
Business owner should step up.
The reviews below show many problems. Wish I knew in advance.
Not a good experience.

The services over the phone are so unprofessional and then when my pizzas arrives the one is not even cutted i will never support them again THANKS to the driver Emmanuel for the awesome delivery

I ordered a pizza delivery at 19:45 and I waited until th store got closed. My pizza never arrived. Really disappointed.

Phoned 40mins after placing an order on the mobile App. Office assured me the delivery went out. Phoned 60mins after placing the order office admitted that they didn’t have my address and will send out soon. Delivery arrived 1h40 after placing the order. Pizza was cold. Used the App at many other towns and never had such terrible service. AVOID....

Placed an order via app at 19:37. Called an hour later and was told it was on its way. Its been more than an hour and a half later and still nothing. Past 21:00 so phones are off no way to follow up. Delivery-tracking doesn't work on the app either. Very dissapointing service from Debonairs.

Ordered Pizza on Monday the 17th of May at 18:33, the order was confirmed and accepted by the restaurant both on the Debonairs website as well as via SMS. From 20:00 I tried calling multiple times and the phone was never answered. Received a SMS the next day saying my money would be refunded. No apology, no explanation? Talk about professional. Will not be buying from this Debonairs again.
