I asked three weeks ago the manager at the FNB branch for a bank card, but at this time I did not receive the card. He said that I can receive the card yesterday, but when arrived at the bank, he was in a meeting and did not gave the card to another staff member. I insist that they send the card to 'One Tuiste that I revive my card

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m so glad its not my bank and I just had to deposit money there.. which I was unable to do anyway! Rude employees.

Strange bank. They close their branch in the southern part of Bloemfontein and then go and hide in a corner at College Square.
