I don’t normally complain about bad service but when I feel I am being pushed to the wall, I just loose it. I am coming to this MTN outlet at College Square in Bloemfontein to do a sim swap and follow up on other staff get a phone for my employee. Walked in at 9:05 am at about 7 past 9, the gent by the name Dade looks at me but doesn’t say anything I assumed when he is done he will call me to his desk since he is the only consultant available . I was wrong, he stood from his chair went to the cellphone counter (he was busy arranging the prices on the cellphones)and new customers walked in, he started assisting them. I thought he is explaining the phones because he only works with cellphones and not the system. To my surprise he ushered the Customers to his chair where he was initially seated and started capturing their details of a new contract. I asked him why did he skip me and helped the other customers. He just said , how can I help you (seated) right in front of those new customers, what happened to confidentiality ? No apologies . 33 minutes later I am standing at the queue alone and all customers that came after me are being assisted. Mtn College Square Bloemfontein all your customers matter it doesn’t matter the looks . MTN South Africa I matter as a black customer. I deserve a good service I don’t have to come to your outlet and fight for it. I came here for a service and not to beg. I am bringing my business to you. If being black means my business doesn’t matter it should be indicated outside the outlets. The time is now 09h50 and still no service ????
