I am really disappointed by the service that I got on the 6th of August. Apart from waiting for almost 45 minutes to be assisted, my dispute wasn’t even lodged in.

Worst service i have ever had at any bank , I was the only one in the bank for 10 min after a while people started coming in and being helped before me

The staff is unprofessional. They didn't even know how MoneyGram works! I had to explain my daughter how it works And while they where helping my daughter today (the woman sat at booth number 4) she was continuesly on her cellphone busy with her personal things. To make matters worse this woman had the odassety to leave my daughter to help other people whole she was busy with my daughter! And then she talked my daughter a bunch of lies that if she does not take the sim card from FNB she can not open an account and immediately gave the most expensive ones! And asked unnecessary guestions gave her a hard time to open an account with FNB and spoke in Sotho which is very rude if you know the client doesn't speak there language. She even speller my daughter's surname incorrect even though she had the ID in front of her. This is the worst service ever that I have ever heard of. Oh and by the way I also opened an account with FNB this year and that uneducated woman told my daughter were a bunch of lies. The FNB consultant that helped me was the one that explained to me how MoneyGram works Rather close down that useless branch at Preller Plain with there uneducated staff.

Very poor service recieved on Friday 3 April 2020.
Went to get some change for business weekend and teller who was on duty could not supply. wanted to talk to a manger about it but he was burried in his laptop in his cubicle, spoke to a third person to complain about lack of change he said he will look into he disappeared and did not come back with feedback.

Excellent service and a big shout out to the lady called Brenda Chaoana, friendly and so professional....came in frustrated but left with a smiling face????
