We had coffee and cakes one day. The chocolate cake was fresh and moist and the strawberry cheesecake delicious. Coffee was yummy. Staff very friendly. We decided to get takeaways for our trip. What a delicious sandwich. I can recommend this Woolies

All was ok, until I was told when having a sit down breakfast with the family, that I had to go and stand in the long take away q to pay our meal. Not WW standard. They will not see me soon again

Expected alot more as I am a regular customer of woolworths. Burger was plain and chips were hard. Definitely not worth the price. Staff weren't interested in serving us... go elsewhere

It's so welcoming. Right from the staff who sanitise us to the ever fresh and beautiful flowers to the fruits and veggies that are in front. The staff is always helpful and friendly even when I call to enquire about a product they go the extra mile to find me what I need. They're kind enough to set it aside for me without me even asking. Now that's real customer service.

I love that they open even on Christmas. They've saved me from cooking and baking disasters when I forgot ingredients for what I had planned to cook or bake.

They've got a wide selection of spices which is a hassle to get in Bloemfontein.

the service was kinda slow and my friend found some egg shells in my their sandwich. and also we couldn't get chips so we had to change our order.
