They opened late.
We stood in a queue outside waiting. At a stage tried getting their attention knocking on window. They simply ignored clients.

When they did open, no acknowledgement or apology.

They open at 9am not 8am during the week, as they have stated in their business hours online.please update your times

3 weeks ago.i asked for assistance on my investment. Regional manager not available to confirm.every time excuse..They said.had also to wait for head office..Never phone back..Pls let me know or change to other bank...

Apply for a credit card and then end up under debt counselling even though I've never had any debt and I had a credit card from ABSA for 3 years. Shocking.
