KFC Preller

1 HW Hurter - a week ago

This is the closest KFC to my house (+-10km from me). Mostly when I want to treat my family with ice cream, we drive all the way, and then their excuse is that the machine is broken. My suggestion is to replace the ice cream machine with a better brand that doesn't break frequently. You are losing customers.

Cant cry or bad mouth anything about staff or shop itself, i get everything always, except for soft drinks that aren't suger free, luckily staff knows me and my wife! We go regurly to preller kfc and no other kfc at all! Thanks kfc and staff!

Not usually someone who complains, but the service is absolutely pathetic. Food is cold. I literally don't have anything good to say about KFC Preller.

Place is about dirty. Employees are occupying tables eating, charging the phones and video calling people. Service is just as bad as the cleaning is. Need to ask them just to wipe down tables. Pathetic.

The worst of the worst. I have given them 3 chances. Each time was pathetic. Staff lose control of orders. Start argueing with each other. After waiting half an hour this evening, the food was cold. The large chips is on the attached photo. Worst of all there was a spoon in the bottom of the bucket. Who knows if it was used or not. KFC Preller Square is pathetic. Dont go!

Food tastes consistently the same. Well done....wish all KFC outlets could be that good. Northridge you better step up.
