Arguably the best bank in South Africa (Nedbank in general). Now this particular branch (Preller) is one of the top. The staff is always friendly and they never keep you waiting like other banks where you'd find them going up and down forever while we wait to be assisted.

Customer service sucks!!!
Staff have no knowledge about their systems or products!! The app sucks as well!!!
