The products, ideas, shop interior and everything is great. The only huge downfall is the service. They were so rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. They did not know anything about the products and very clearly judged me for wanting to buy a CBD product. I'd hope that the staff of a place that is CBD friendly, would be educated about it. For that reason alone, I do not want to go back.

Service sucks....workers (coloured lady at the till) too argumentative with clients trying to defend operations of the shop not theirs. Petty I like the offers but try to analyse the most order sandwhiches and easily replace when finished...can I have an alternative Vida somewhere pls????????

One of the best Vida e's I've been to. The staff is always friendly, helpful and the vibe is great. Lekker music and they cater for the active by having ice cold water available for self service.

My go to spot in the mornings to pick up brekkie. Food always fresh, smell of coffee and friendly staff greets you every day.
