Poor customer service... Went in to buy something that was on special waited 15 min for a supervisor to come only to he told NO Stock available, however numerous staff members had the very same product in their trolleys after about 45min to an hour order was placed online and collected the very next day at the same branch but really wouldn't go there in a hurry

The PnP Hyper is amazing but the layout of the mall itself is not ideal. There are only bathrooms on one end of the very long mall. Most shops close during load shedding. There isn't a nice sit down restaurant, only takeaway. There are some nice shops, like Contempo, Neovision and a China shop with lots of thingies.

When I pointed out molded tortillas they quickly reacted. they are getting a bit pricy these days.
Going to have to buy bulk at Metro or something, can't keep up with pnp prices

I wish THEY WANT TO STOP SHIFTING THEIR SHELVES BECAUSE EVERY TIME WHEN I COME THERE, THINGS ARE NOT IN THE SAME SHELF AND THAT IS VERY IRRITATING !!!!!
There were also this morning so less tills that were opened, the people were very irritated and said they'll rather go to Checkers or OK.
PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR STAFF.
One lady opened her till at 9:05 and at 9:40 she closed it again!!!! How on earth can one do that at the end of a month after 15 people were standing in the line????? And 5 of them were old people!!!
This is absolutely unacceptable.
I also felt that I must rather shop at Checkers from now on.

This is most affordable store ever found in the area. It is best situated to serve the needs of the clients around.

Visited first time in 4 years. What a disappointment. Wish I could give them zero stars because they do not deserve more. The store gave the impression of a low class store in a township.
