We are a lot of people in this branch! But nobody knows what to do as the cashiers not operating...we sitting all and wait and not sure what is cooking...management give clients no feedback or update what the problems are. Staff walking up and down and leaving the branch with lots of clients waiting for nothing....THIS IS POOR SERVICE!

I was having a credit card problem and was assisted by a lady Ms Boitumelo Irene Komeke. She created a lasting impression regarding her handling of my problem and her preparedness to go an extra mile to help me. I believe she deserves an award for employee of the month! After so many frustrations I had regard a credit facility I never applied for, she went out of her way to change my perceptions about the Bank.

Poor service. Took hours to get help. Only 2 people to help and that on month end.

Been here 4 times now trying to settle a loan with them, however NONE of their staff knows how to pay/transfer funds to the loan account. Furthermore, signed into their register to be helped, been waiting for hours, but people who came after me get assisted before me.

December month end and there are only 4 employees at the branch to work. 2nd time this week I am trying just to get a statement. Had to wait very long. Get more staff to help out on busy days like month end

I went there on Thursday, they couldn't assist me, I left a complaint of the service. Friday the Branch manager called me and said she would sort it out Monday, I asked her will you remember about me, she said said she is the Branch Manager and she won't forget about me, monday she will sort me out. TODAY it's Tuesday no word from her. Topical Standard Bank

ATM located safely inside shopping complex. Within view of security at entrance. 3 machines ensures availability.
