It is a huge hotel. We were there gor a conference and the place is big. Our room was amazing, one of the best rooms. I would give them 5 stars but I visited a different room far from ours and it was of a lower standard compared to ours (so book wisely).

The buffet was great. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner buffet, we were well fed.

Their service is a 100 percent. One phone call and we got what we needed. We used a golf cart a lot as our room was far from the hall and the drivers were super friendly and professional.

The location is also favorable.

Overall it is a safe and amazing place, worth every penny.

There's also free gym, sauna and steaming for hotel visitors. Also a Spa nearby.

The hotel and Conference Center is big, beautiful, clean, has beautiful gardens and enough sitting in the gardens and lobby areas while waiting for the conferences to start. The reception is warm, friendly and fast. The cart drivers around the facilities are friendly and never had to wait for long for them.
The food was good too. ????????
They have ample parking space, wheelchair ramps, parking for people with disabilities, special ablution areas for people with disabilities. The ablution areas clean throughout the day. They refill the toilet paper all day and they handbag hangers in every cubicle.

I came for a 3 day workshop with my colleagues and it was wonderful...we had great food service, the rooms were clean and cleaned after we went out for the workshop in their conference centre and it was wonderful. The overall service was excellent and of great stature. They deserve all the 5 stars.

Rooms and service excellent. Food makes you not to miss home they have all the variety from breakfast to dinner. It's a buffet all the way with very energetic waiters and waitresses.

It's just a pity that it's a way far but nearer the airport ????

Only spent 1 night due to missed flight so can't comment on facilities but room basic, dark and dated. Stayed in family room with wife and daughter but only enough towels, crockery etc for 2. Adequate for one night stay.

Best suited for very large groups 100+. Can do up to 1000. Spacious rooms-dated but comfortable. Layout means people have to walk a few minutes from rooms to the conference venue and or restaurant but it's not inconvenient. There's also a golf cart that shuttles those around who are unable to walk those distances. Wifi is touch and go but hybrid meetings can be accommodated. A bit far from airport

Wasn't a sleep in guest for the duration of our workshop , found it absolutely tedious that every morning you needed to provide evidence that the earth is orbiting at an angle in order for you to be able to join the breakfast meeting. They were also very stingy with the refreshments mostly water (I mean water is life bathong), but apart from that we had a great workshop and would probably recommend the space again for the sake of its location
