Did a quick stop here for a drink to say goodbye to my cousin who was attending training at Birchwood. There were hardly any staff to assist and we waited very long to be served.

If we had ordered food I wonder how long it would have taken. Hopefully next time the service will be a bit faster.

Buffalo Wings were outstanding. A larger portion than expected. Tender and well basted. The chocolate brownie surpassed my son's expectations. However, the strawberry cheesecake was bitter, with a gooey base that had no flavour. The only thing "strawberry" about the cheesecake was the pink colour. Service however is shocking! On both my visits I had to go and look for a waiter to assist me. No waiter checked on us during the meal. We had to follow up on the progress of our meals on both occasions. Seriously need to up your game with the service. Great location. Inside and outside cafe style setup.

Doesn't even deserve the one star!!!The owner's attitude is disgusting and does not do justice to the excellent food by chef Sophia and the helpful staff.
I hope it gains a new owner in the new year as it could be successful.

Slowest service I've ever had. Waiter does not communicate with kitchen and therefore not aware of which items were unavailable, causing even more delay. Don't eat here if you are very hungry or in a hurry to catch a flight... give yourself at least 3 hours start to finish. This is essentially a day trip for lunch.

Service was non-existent. Couldn't answer basic questions regarding menu. Not what I was expecting for a place on the property of Birchwood hotel.
