Great place to train for cycling and running, of just to go play. We're playing to spend a morning taking it it turns to smash a few pb's, and braai and do it all over again.

Did my first park run out of Pretoria here. The route is very scenic, and most importantly, it's a single lap. There was no congestion unlike the Pretoria one that I normally go to. The atmosphere is very chilled, great vibe, people pushing and encouraging each other. It's fun, which is the most important thing.

This is a very nive Parkrun, the only complaint I might have is that it doesn't have any rubbish bins, so the whole place is littered and that is quite off putting. For now I don't have a other choice but to go their to have my daily exercise but in the future I would rather drive a bit further to a more cleaner park.

There is no other parkrun like this one, in Boksburg City Stadium. It has a variety of terrain surfaces to run on, along the ever satisfying 5km route. From easy hills, to grass, to tar, and good quality dirt roads. There is a scenic dam, where the nature calls you, just pass the 4km mark, encouraging you to finish strong, and reach your fitness goals. The volunteers here are passionate about running, people, social interaction, and community upliftment. The Run-directer, and founder has qualities that draws people towards him, and he has the spirit to motivate and encourage any one, big and small, fast, and slow. For an addictive running (even walking) experience, visit this place just once, and feel for yourself. You'll come back for more - guarenteed

Dog friendly parkrun in Boksburg. 5km along a route that can be a bit dusty in winter but has great scenery in summer- wetlands, a small lake and wildflowers
