Disappointing experience at this branch. The self-order kiosks had card machines that didn’t work but no signs indicating “out-of-order” were put up. When ordering at the Cash Kiosk, the staff were struggling to find card machines - very unorganised. The screens indicating which orders are being worked on and which ones are ready to collect had system errors. The entire branch seems to be in disarray. Half the drinks are out of stock and the drive-through is closed.
