Dear Yami Parkrand, today we decided to pop in for a quick cappucino. Small amount to spend at your establishment so I do understand that it's probably not worth the complaint to you. But never the less, we ordered 2 cappucino's and one creme soda by a very nice trainee waiter. The cappuccino's came with sour cream, so it wasn't too great and we couldnt finish it. We were super patient as we had a nice waiter. I asked for the bill and explained to him that the reason why we never finished our cappucino's is the semi sour cream ( quite smelly) He said he will inform the kitchen, so he brought the machine and I paid the full amount for two cappucino's we only had two sips from. I still didn't complain and even gave the waiter a small R7 tip. Well I never expexted to get a refund but I did expect just a "sorry about that", no apology nothing and looking up to the other waiters I saw them take the slip to scrutinise it between them to see if I paid the bill in full and then bursting out in laughter. I felt quite humiliated ,so dissapointmented . The worst of it all is we decided to give Yami Parkrand a second chance as we stopped coming end of last year due to a terrible experience regarding hygiene and food quality.
Not even a sorry, but I had to pay the bill R72.00 ..wow, really dissapointed.
