Back here after a long time and yes, it was amazing!!! Nothing better than a full plate of food, proper value for money and tasted great, unfortunately no Pic of the ribs because that got munched super fast!!! Thank you

Excellent service, very friendly. Lady looking after children very very sweet and loving. Bathrooms very clean. Good food, steak a little bit tough. Veggies was yummie, best Kit Kat milkshake!!!

Ordered Monday cheeseburger special as a take-out. When I opened the box at home, the onion rings looked like scraps leftover from other people's orders and tasted burnt. There wasn't a single whole onion ring. Only small bits and pieces. There was also no sachets of sauce for the chips. And I didn't taste any cheese on the burger. Extremely disgusting meal. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

We decided to do the Monday Spur special. Although our food was tasty we waited a bit for our drinks order and for the food to arrive. The food and plates were also not hot. Given we were a table of two that arrived for early dinner before the rush. There are plenty staff members on the floor and in the kitchen so we were not sure why the wait.

This review is for my visit dated Sunday 31 Aug 2022.

I humbly request the owner look at the video footage between 08h00 and 09h30. A group of young Muslims, sat closest to the Managment office, the young guy lights a cigarette in your store, total disrespect to the manager and other patrons. Shocking, totally shocking. He was loud and a total disgrace. How does someone, just throw his weight around, then thinks he can do as he pleases, lights a cigarette in the store and just dictates.

I left my meal, paid for and walked out

My family and I waited more than an hour on Father's day 19 June 2022 and we never receive our order.

After hour had passed, I went to the cashier to check what is the delay with our order. This is a responsibility of manager to check up on customer, but in this Spur the manager do even bother to check if the customers have been served or not.

Please avoid going to this spur and they service is very poor. The manager advise me that the kitchen is under pressure, which is a lame excuse from a manager.
