The service and food is always so good. They are consistent in delivering well prepared meals. Keep it up, just try to be abit more accommodating when customers request special instructions, this will keep them coming back for more.

What a waste of money!! Our order didn't have the chips we paid for.
The wedges were old and dry!
Asked for no onion, got onion even though the slip said no onion.
While I waited to collect order one kitchen lady used her mouth to tear the corner off a big packet of chilli spice!
I asked her if she didn't have a scissors!! Her reply is she wasn't thinking.
Most unhygienic I should have filmed it cos she had it in her mouth a while. ????????

Horrible service!!! I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20min. I waited in my car and after about 15min went back inside. As I was waiting I notice this one employee checking order numbers of whites and indians and making special requests from the kitchen to fast track their orders. As I peeked through their slips they were way behind my order number... I ended up waiting about 35min extra

We ordered food for delivery, it's been almost 2 hours and we still never received our food, when you call the restaurant they never pick up their line!????It's extremely frustrating, that they have such poor service! This is not what we expected from such a high ranking well known restaurant! Fast forward today 14th November 2021 this is the meal I got from delivery, the chips were laying in the delivery bag cause it leaked! How unhygienic! No extra package no storm outside to cause internal damage to my delivery and I ordered chicken with extra basting could they not add double packaging to not let this happen? Seriously it's frustrating. I've complained to customer care.

Absolutely no intention to speed things up. Staff all standing around talking with one guys at the till. After 5 minutes one of the guys decides to come open a second till. Don't bother with this place. Go try the new Pedro's or many other chicken shops that have opened and want your business.
