Terrible service to the public. I believe the Department of health, sister incharge or matron has to evaluate the staff's behaviour.
I waited 4+hours but still did not get assistance. I was fetching Chronic for my elderly uncle instead I received lip from the individuals seated at the Admin area. I asked politely for the appointment card back and the said individuals were making comments about me. I just kept quiet took the card and went home without medication for my uncle. I'm disappointed in their behaviour as this is not the worst nor the first situation with them and their ill-treatment. Dissatisfied residents of VDP.
