"cancel for free" is what is communicated. I canceled 11 months before my stay, 4 months ago now, and I still haven't got my money back. My messages are not replied to and the phone is not answered. I advise not to book here.

Had a perfect stay in January 2020. Booked again this year but we had to cancel because of unforseen reason. But NO REFUND, NO RESPONSE. Be carefull!! You can't rely on the cancellation policy. Still no refund, months after cancellation despite the fact that I should get 100% of my down payment back! More than $600! DONT BOOK!!

Facilities are very good it's just the hospitality is not very good. The rooms are clean and big, breakfast is excellent and the staff in the guesthouse is very helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and the location in Cape Town is perfect nice and quiet area very close to the Tafelberg.
