This is the best hospital on the planet! I recently took my special needs kid to the ER u0026 he has to be admitted u0026 go into theater. We have never been treated with such kindness u0026 understanding. I need to compliment everyone from the ground staff to the doctors! Nurses, receptionist, assistants, anesthetist everyone was wonderful and so good to my boy. He felt like a celebrity. Thank you!

Exceptional service, I have been going through for the past 12 years. I mean from having an emergency to visiting any of the great qualified specialists at this hospital, or even had to use their services to get my medical reports which required by the department of home affairs when I needed to renew or apply for a visa, I did always receive a great service.
Its important to mention how friendly everyone is, how clean and I found their prices very competitive in comparison with other private hospitals.

Absolutely no sense of urgency from weekend staff! God help you if you have an actual emergency because they simply don’t care if you need a stitch on your small toe or have been bitten by a black mamba! Reception staff don’t communicate clearly and simply expect everyone to sit and wait until someone from reception staff decides it is your turn. Well 5 hours later and no x-rays as yet taken it was time to call it a day and make other arrangements…

Best Hospital experience ever.

From checking in to checking out the care I have received was amazing, all the staff members from reception to surgery to ward was super friendly and caring towards me, making sure im okay, I have enough meds, clean sheets everything.

The doctors here were very thorough and friendly checking in and making sure to check everything.

Definitely a hospital I would be recommending and coming back to if ever the need arises

A massive thank you to the staff here. I was brought in via ambulance and the ER was amazing, the radiographer was first class (young guy I think name begins with a Z), the nurses in F ward were amazing, the porters were so kind and the guys at reception made for the speediest discharge ever. I really appreciated the amazing service I recieved and shoutout to the kitchen staff because the food was top notch too!

Terrible hospital. Staff are poorly trained and have no manners at all. Had a c section and nurses didn't give me meds in time so I was in excruciating pain. One of the nurses left the valve in my drip closed so I wasn't getting any pain meds. To top it off 3 months later the hospital are trying to charge me for services that I didn't have 1) a private ward 2) my husband staying over. The most shocking services and revolting staff and hospital.

ZERO STARS FOR WARD

1. Reception : 10 out of 10

2. Ward…. -0 out of 10. That’s right .. MINUS ZERO FOR THE WARD. I could not wait to leave. It was HORRIBLE ????

3. Surgical Section : 10 out of 10
