Rooms and services are mediocre but lovely pool and surrounding area. Many food options and good vibes.

Gorgeous little hidden gem in Gardens. Ideally located within walking distance of Kloof and Long Streets. Beautiful pool and offer BBQ dining options. Perfect for the budget conscious traveller who won't compromise on quality and service ????

My room was not clean for 2 days, I had to go and inform them downstairs to do something about it. There is a constant disturbing noise coming from bottom up of the hotel.on the left wing of the hotel like a disturbing power generator sound that will keep one away whole night . The TV channels limited to about 5 , so nothing interesting to watch on TV.
The staff is a little to cold , they almost don't smile. From the time you enter even during your stay. And yes piece of paper was slipped under my door informing me that some maintenance work would take place. Then the bang and the drilling went on for hours adding to me feeling very uncomfortable in that place
So will never go back or recommend them to any one or to familyor friends for that matter.

Worst experience ever! The room have moisture and was stinky and it goes in all your clothes... The people were partying until 3h00 in the morning by the pool and making noises and playing music that you can’t even sleep! They let a mess that stayed until the day after by the pool, nobody cleaned it! The staff didn’t want to deal with it to calm down the party and the manager was unfriendly...

A nice venue for the average city-hopper. It has great service. Had an overnight stay. Booked in early, went to long street for the night came back and hotel staff were awake and friendly to make us feel home. Breakfast was served in the morning. A pool side to go and enjoy the sun on a hot day, a bar with dstv for those sport fanatics like myself. It was a good experience. I was lucky enough to strike this deal at the time. It was a special on Booking.com
